The conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels are called cardiovascular diseases. These diseases can lead to various forms of heart disease. A majority of cardiovascular diseases are curable if proper treatment is taken. However, the symptoms are usually the same for every disease and it may vary for men and women depending on the heart condition or type.
